Food Runner and Restaurant Serving Robots

Your Full Robotic Solution

Your servers walk miles every shift between the kitchen and the tables. A food runner robot makes those trips for them.

It carries plates out, brings dirty dishes back and lets your team spend their time with guests. Cynnx sets it up in your dining room, trains your staff and keeps it running.

Every free demo or pilot starts with a short call about your building.

What a Server Robot Does

Runs food from the kitchen pass to the table
Brings dirty dishes and empty glasses back to the kitchen
Carries several trays in one trip
Moves through busy aisles, slowing and stopping for guests
Greets guests and leads them to their table (on some models)
Shows your specials or promotions on a screen (on some models)

Your Servers Stay at the Table

A restaurant serving robot doesn't take orders and doesn't replace your staff. It does the walking.

Servers stay on the floor, check on tables more often and keep up during the rush. Short a runner on a Friday night? The robot doesn't call out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cynnxtech: PatternCynnxtech: Pattern

How much space does a serving robot need?

It needs aisles a little wider than the robot itself. We check your layout during the walkthrough and tell you which tables it can reach.

Can it carry soup and drinks?

Serving robots are built to start, turn and stop smoothly. During the demo your staff tests it with your own plates, bowls and glasses, so you can decide.

Does the robot take orders?

No. Your servers take orders and look after guests. The robot handles the running and bussing.

Does it work in a busy dining room?

Yes. It slows and stops for people and goes around chairs and obstacles. The demo runs during a real service so you can see it.

What if it breaks during service?

Most issues (85–90%) are resolved remotely, without a site visit. If a repair is needed, you get a loaner or replacement robot within 2 business days.
